Email is the most universal communication system ever built — and the hardest one to use well. We're rebuilding it so the smallest team can run it like the largest, and so the people it was never made for can finally use it like it was theirs.
Email is everywhere, but the tooling around it has split into three uncomfortable camps. Campaign buildersare easy but treat deliverability and replies as somebody else's problem. Transactional senders are reliable but assume the team setting them up is fluent in DKIM keys and webhook signatures. Deliverability tools are technical and expensive — bought by procurement, never opened by the marketer.
Email Digit exists because the gap between these three categories is where most teams actually live. A founder shouldn't need a deliverability consultant to launch.A marketer shouldn't need to learn what an MX record is. A developer shouldn't have to choose between a clean API and a real campaign builder. The infrastructure should be invisible. The interface should adapt to the person using it.
