Salesforce

Two-way sync between Salesforce contacts and Email Digit audiences.

Two-way sync

What moves between
Salesforce and Email Digit.

Contacts + Leads
Bidirectional sync. New leads in Salesforce appear in Email Digit as contacts within 5 minutes.
Custom fields
Configurable per-org field mapping. Updates flow both directions.
Engagement → Salesforce activities
Email opens / clicks / replies become Activity records on the Lead or Contact.
Reply intent → opportunity stages
Optional: classified replies (purchase intent, churn risk) trigger Salesforce opportunity stage changes.
Setup

Three steps.
Most teams done in an hour.

01

Install the managed package

From the Salesforce AppExchange. Requires Salesforce admin to approve scoped API access.

02

Map fields

Drag-and-drop UI for matching Salesforce Lead/Contact fields to Email Digit contact properties.

03

Pick the sync direction

Per field: one-way push, one-way pull, or bidirectional with conflict resolution rules.

Ongoing sync

Once connected, these
stay in sync.

No nightly cron, no batch export. Everything below propagates within ~10 seconds of the source-system event.

What we won't pretend

Honest caveats.

Every migration has edges. Here are ours — better to know up-front than to discover post-cutover.

·Salesforce API call limits apply — high-volume orgs need an Unlimited Edition or extra API call capacity.
·Custom Salesforce automations that fire on Contact changes will also fire when Email Digit pushes updates; coordinate with your Salesforce admin.
