ActiveCampaign

Pipelines, deals, automations, and contact scoring — moved cleanly.

One-way · into Email Digit

What moves between
ActiveCampaign and Email Digit.

Contacts + custom fields
Every contact with all custom fields, tags, and lifecycle stage.
Pipelines + deals
Sales pipelines with deal stages preserved (we surface them as contact segments).
Automations
Visual automation maps translated to Email Digit's automation engine.
Email + SMS history
Last 12 months of sends + engagement, per contact.
Setup

Three steps.
Most teams done in an hour.

01

Grab an ActiveCampaign API key

Settings → Developer → API URL + Key.

02

Share with us during migration

1-hour screen-share. We import contacts first, then automations, then history.

03

Re-point any custom integrations

If you have Zapier or webhooks pointing at AC, we help you re-target them.

What we won't pretend

Honest caveats.

Every migration has edges. Here are ours — better to know up-front than to discover post-cutover.

·AC's deal pipelines become contact segments + custom fields in Email Digit — same data, different UI.
·Site tracking (pixel-on-page) needs to be re-pointed at our pixel endpoint (Q3 2026).
·Contact scoring rules need to be re-defined; we don't translate them automatically.
