HubSpot

Marketing-side data only — we don't replace the CRM.

One-way · into Email Digit

What moves between
HubSpot and Email Digit.

Marketing contacts
Contact properties, lifecycle stage, marketing email subscription status.
Lists
Active and static lists with filter logic preserved.
Marketing emails + workflows
Email templates and marketing workflows translated to Email Digit campaigns + automations.
Email engagement
Sends, opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes (last 12 months).
Setup

Three steps.
Most teams done in an hour.

01

Generate a HubSpot Private App token

Settings → Integrations → Private Apps → Create. Scopes: contacts (read), lists (read), marketing-email (read), workflows (read).

02

Share with us during migration

1–2 hour screen-share depending on workspace size. HubSpot's API is slower than most, so we plan for it.

03

Keep the CRM in HubSpot

Email Digit replaces the marketing surface (campaigns + automations). Your sales reps keep using HubSpot for deals + meetings. Two-way contact sync is roadmap.

What we won't pretend

Honest caveats.

Every migration has edges. Here are ours — better to know up-front than to discover post-cutover.

·Deal pipelines and CRM data stay in HubSpot — we don't import or sync those (yet).
·Smart content (HubSpot's personalization tokens) translates to our variable system but visual rules need a manual rebuild.
·Reporting dashboards don't carry over — rebuild the ones you actually use in Email Digit's analytics.
